Upgrade your entire ignition system with this kit. This coil pack modification eliminates the need for the PTU (Igniter Chip).
 
The ignition coil plate is lined with reflective gold heat tape to keep the igntion coils cooler.
 
A plenum pull is required for the initial install of both kits. Please note that the R8 ignition coils do require material removal from the intake manifold.
 
A plenum pull is not required to replace the Cayenne Ignition Coils after the initial installation
A plenum pull is required to replace R8 Igntion Coils after the initial installation unless the intake plenum is modified

Ignition coils for the Cayenne and R8 kits will either be manufactured by Denso, Bosch or NGK.
 
(To get the most out of these coils, modification to the dwell settings can be performed. Stock Z32 dwell will not saturate the Cayenne or R8 coils. Cayenne and R8 saturate at 3.0ms)
